Geomembranes High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) we distribute are made of high molecular weight resins. The supply petrochemical resin for the manufacture of geomembranes have a strict quality control according to international standards guaranteeing the properties of polyethylene.

HDPE geomembranes have about 99.5% of virgin polyethylene resin formulation, 2.5% of black smoke and heat stroke stabilizers and antioxidants, no other additive is used. Carbon black is responsible for the resistance to ultraviolet (UV) and thermal stabilizers and antioxidants significantly increase the weather resistance, heat and degradation.

Have been developed to be used under severe physical and chemical conditions such as landfills and industrial applications in mining and other applications for storage of effluent and waste.

They are manufactured in widths from 5.80 m to 8.0 m in thickness from 0.5 mm to 6.0 mm.


Corrugated or textured HDPE

The texturization of HDPE geomembranes is a technological advancement for these materials, allowing the anchoring of the product extend along the area where it is installed as a waterproofing coating of environmental protection, either directly in contact with the ground or in contact with or geotextiles geocomposite drainage.

In very high embankments and great inclination, the weight of the liner makes a voltage (tension) on the material itself, bringing problems that can affect the durability of the geomembrane and strength throughout life.

Quality control for manufacturing HDPE geomembranes is strict, because it follows the recommendations of the GM 13 Geosynthetic Research Institute, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
